Terms

These terms apply to work carried out by Relay Express MK (Tomasz Jedrychowski, sole trader).

Quotes

• Quotes are free and based on the information and photos you give us.
• If the job turns out to be much bigger than described (for example more items, or difficult access we weren't told about), we'll talk to you before doing any extra work.

Bookings and cancellations

• Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking.

On the day

• Please make sure we have access and somewhere to park the van.
• Small valuables, jewellery, cash and important documents should be moved by you.

Clearances

• Please tell us beforehand about anything you want to keep. Items we take away are reused, donated, recycled or disposed of responsibly.
