Privacy policy

Relay Express MK is run by Tomasz Jedrychowski, a sole trader, at 38 Cheneys Walk, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK3 6JY ("we", "us"). This notice explains how we use the personal information you give us.

What we collect

• Your name, e-mail address, phone number and postcode
• Details of the job, the service you're interested in and your preferred date
• Anything else you choose to tell us in your message, by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail

Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and carry out the job you ask us to do. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into a booking are deleted within 12 months. Records of jobs we've done are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting (usually 6 years).

Who we share it with
We never sell your data or use it for marketing. It is stored on our own secure web server and in our business e-mail. We only share it if the law requires us to.

Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. A single essential cookie is used only for the private admin area.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by e-mailing Relayexpressmk@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
